    On Saturday, November 13th I hosted a child's birthday party from 3:30-6:30pm at the trampoline park, SkyZone Metairie. Our party contract included a SkyZone party host, that we did not receive, but was charged full price. SkyZone was also supposed to put the party host's name on the shoe bucket where children stored their shoes. Once the party started, the shoes were supposed to be moved to the party room. This did not happen and no name was put on the bucket. A SkyZone customer, that was not part of our party, took our party shoe bucket and removed one pair of boots. The boots were never returned. We complained to SkyZone Metairie, where the manager told us that we had to take it up with the person who took the shoes. We do not know who took the shoes and the shoes were never returned and SkyZone refused to compensate us for the stolen pair of boots and for not fulfilling the contract of providing a party host. I have also sent emails to corporate numerous times and was never contacted to reconcile. I would like to be compensated for both the boots and not having a party host, as SkyZone did not fulfill their end of the contract.

    My son had a birthday at Skyzone for Saturday, May 18th. This did not happen because according to Skyzone, there was a plumbing problem in the location, therefore nothing could be booked and honored until Sunday. So, I come Sunday, May 19th, because they told me to come back because I had it booked for Saturday. I arrived at Skyzone only to find no reservation on record. They had no problem taking my down payment and price for the party room. I get there at about 12:45 to 1:00, I pay and wait because they tell me that my room is being prepared twice, then the next time they tell me at about 2:30, that there are no rooms available and that the next one would be available at 5:00pm. Keep in mind, I have paid for my son and his party to jump, which they were jumping, but I had to wait an addition 2 hrs plus to ever get into a room. At this point, I am upset and didnt want to cause a scene, I asked for my money back for a room I didnt want any more. Fast forward to June 13th, I have not been paid the rest of my $223 dollars that I paid for the party room, after calling on three different occasions. This is very upsetting and frustrating. Its crazy how companies are eager to take your money, but when its time to refund money, they move very slow. I wont be going to this location again, or potentially any of the other locations as well.
