Purchase a one year protection plan but when I try to contact them to use it, they cant found any of my information when I have already pay plus a rude employee name ******* not offer any help rather then a bad attitude and unfriendly conversation it such a scam when you have to pay upfront and you cant get to the benefit of what you pay for. And business had not offered any solution or helpingBusiness response

Good afternoon I am the store manager for Lenscrafters at ************* in ******** *********. I received a letter stating that we had a complaint to the Better Business Bureau for a ******************** the complete number is 19528570.
Ms ****** had made several different profiles using different names and phone numbers for purchases she had made in the store. Our issue was she could not give us the current information so we could pull up the receipt for her purchase to redeem a warranty that she had. We have since been able to merge the profiles once she brought the receipt in and have refunded her the amount of the warranty and I did comp her new lenses for her current glasses for the inconvenience.

I ordered prescription glasses on December 9, 2022 at the stand alone Lenscrafters store in Lakeside Mall. I was told it would be 1-2 weeks for the glasses to be delivered to the store. To date, I have yet to receive my order. I call the store once a week to check the status and no one can give me a reason for the delay. I spoke with ******, the store manager, once and she did not look up the issue corporately to find the problem. She told me the blizzard caused the delay and hung up the phone.I spoke with ***** this morning and she said she sees the delay but could not tell me the problem and when it will be resolved.I did the Lenscrafters customer service chat with my order number and did not get any feedback.I spoke with ***,a customer service manager and he did investigate the matter but could not give me a timeline on when my glasses will be delivered. *** was helpful. ****** did not even investigate the matter.*** said they broke my glasses while making them and they have to restart the process but is not sure when my order will be completed and delivered to the Lakeside store No. 0141.I do not want a refund to start over because that will put me further behind on my glasses. The glasses are paid for as of now but I do not know when I will receive my glasses. The store nor the online customer service people could not give me a corporate number to call to complain corporately about the matter.
