Dear Mr. P******* Pursuant to the contract titled Done Right Painting & Drywall dated 10/31/21 and signed by I****** ********* on 11/10/21, you have been found in breach of the terms of the agreement for the following actions; constant delay and non-completion of work: 1. You did not check the scope of work done by your workers; 2. Work started and stopped. Workers never returned. When calling and texting you numerous times, you promised workers would show, they never showed to complete; 3. Only sheetrock and some crown moulding was done. The top wall in one of the bathrooms was not complete with the crown moulding. I had to purchase it and pay to have it done myself; 4. Walls needed to be primed and painted (2coats); 5. The crown molding has not been primed and painted in any of the rooms; 6. Texture is over everything including carpet, bathroom floor, inside bathtub, cement floor in bedroom, parts of kitchen floor, windows etc. Never properly covered for protection; 7. Toilet and pedestal was removed and placed in the middle of the bedroom floor. Bathtub was left filthy dirty with screws and nails and parts of fixtures; 8. Windows were never corked and completed; 9. Second bathroom was never touched as per the contract. Payments were given to Stanford P****** starting January 14, 2022 of $5000; second payment February 16 2022 of $4000; third payment on March 17, 2022 of $3500; and another payment on March 17, 2022 of $450 totaling $12,950. These payments were to include Purchase of materials and finishing the painting of the walls; crown molding; cleaning house, restoring toilet and pedestal back in place. You even promised me too have two ladies to come in and do cleaning once the job is completed. Since the first payment of $5000 to this date April 2022, my house has not been completed by Stanford P******** business Done Right Painting & Drywall. I have called and text on numerous occasions to contact you to try to work with you. I have given you Ample enough time to complete the home renovations, however, you have made no effort to do so. For these reasons, I am formally asking that you return all monies paid to you in the amount of $12,950 by a cashiers check only.
