We hired Royal Dominion on April 19th. Biggest mistake I could have ever had made in our life. He asked for the money down . All he wants to know is how much did the insurance give us and how much more will they give us. He put a dumpster in front my house . He kept putting me off , he sent his Latin workers to my house . The demolished the living room and they put used insulation in my walls from another house. He states he did not tell them to put that insulation in the walls. But he does not know the language (Spanish) to communicate with his own workers. He sent his guys to demolish my bedroom and left it like that. Did not even to text or seal the work. So it was left so that Rain could come in . Did not replace the floors and my wife fell through the floor . Injuring her leg and we told him about it. Cary is not the person you can trust . Be careful all he wants is money and more money before the work is done. I made that mistake trusting he was going to do the work as promised. And it is September 28 th 2022 and still have no work done. He will not answer my calls and has my $22,000 . And still has not given me a written bill of work done or fix what he has done wrong. I am writing this review to warn others of Cary.He can not be trusted and please do not give him the money first. That is the mistake I made, I found out later he was doing the house of the person who left the last bad review at the same time he was supposed to be doing my house. And it is true Cary will show you his remodeling of his house and his boat and all the nice things he has at our expense. We still waiting on refund for work that has not been done and done wrong. It is sad that people take advantage of people less fortunate or who do not know but puts there trust in a business. I am not a contractor but Stevie Wonder could see all the wrong done to us and my house. We found him on Angie’s list and has removed himself since.

Royal Dominion takes pride in doing construction work for their clients. Royal Dominion had a contract with Mr and *********************. There was delays to their project that was out of my control. First was major health issues occurred with myself, along with other workers that had to be quarantine for a period of time. This information was related to the Kalo family and they were very concerned, which we appreciate. *********** asked if we could close up his ceiling to stop ac from going through the roof, causing their electrical bill to increase from $600-$900, as i was told. My subcontractor went their to close ceiling for them. New insulation was installed and new Sheetrock. There was delays due to **** losing a vehicle and had to purchase a new vehicle. There was delays due to the value of his home per contract requirement for building permit purposes. This was explained to them several times what was required and what needed to be done. **** and his wife was invited to our home so i could go over and redoing their contract. At which the conversation became hostile and they were asked to leave. All moneys was given back to them, and was never stolen. Last conversation with **** is that we would like to get their home repaired but we will need to revise the contract at a lesser amount for building permit purposes. He was told to get his home reappraised by a appraisal company or a real estate broker BPO. He did not want this done due to it raising his property taxes. But he still demanded that he wanted all of the work to be performed on his house at my expense.
