I contracted to have a new roof put on my home Dec. 28, 2021. The sales representative was friendly and articulate. Shingles were delivered to my home Jan. 2022 and sat in my driveway until my new roof was installed April 2022. They sat in my driveway and when the workers came I was told by Mr. **** they were for another job.The roof was installed. They cleaned the yard of nails.Damage to my property: copper gutter cornice-bent threw away numerous gutter guards and clips that hold in place, shoved remaining gutter guards into the gutter, which makes the problem worse shingles and debris clogging downspouts landscape light destroyed plant in same area destroyed ladder used did not have roof support-sat on my copper gutter and damaged it(same area as landscape light ) none of the workers spoke English-walk all over the landscape previous salesperson left company, new manager **************** is very rude, threatened to have people come and collect money at my home, signs name under the pretense he is a lawyer, misrepresentation, threatens debit collection when I have damages numerous addresses and names used for mailing purposes : Roof Repair, Roof Squad, Roof Division: addresses **** Division St., Suite 201 or 202, and 1 Galleria, Unit ****, Metairie I had another roof inspector look at my roof. He took pictures and noted they used the old flashing around the chimney-not new flashing as noted in contract, wood is exposed around chimney, gutter guards missing or shoved in gutters, damage to copper gutters, and copper cornice attached but bent-allowing water to spill over by front door.Customer response

Attached please find the remainder of the paperwork received from Roof Repair.
I look forward to a speedy, no more additional damage done to my home-repair.
This company should be looked into with respect to workers who can't communicate with the homeowner as well as the harrassment means
of collection as exhibited by ****************.
