      2) Allocated $300.00 for the 6-7 weeks of Public Transit to and from work. 
      3) Towing Range Rover to ******************** 
      Auto Repair Shop in **********, *********. 
      NOTED: District Manager preferred Shop at Delta World Tire Expense. Recommend by him personally. Specialist Foreign Vehicles

      Dear, *****************************, *********************** of *********

      In regards to your recent phone call today concerning my case with Delta World Tire ***** Sun Auto, District Manager, ************************* has reached out to me on numerous occasions. He has emailed me an agreement to resolve my issues at the ******, ********* auto shop location. Below is a copy of that email from ***************** 

      Since receiving this email from ****************, he has authorized the Manager, *********** to provide me a Rental Car over the Labor Day Weekend. I refused it. But I did accept an advance of $400 for Emergency Funds until the remaining balance of $1300.00 is mailed from the **************** to my home address. I will used these funds for an Uber or rental should an emergency arise. I will continue using Public Transit for work. My 2011 Range Rover Sport HSE is all I'm concerned about. I want my personal vehicle restored to its drivable condition without any notable damages from the Coolant Manifold Pipe and Thermostat repairs. 

      I approved the transport of my vehicle to ********************, located in **********, *********. I'm hoping to have my vehicle serviced and repaired within a few weeks. Please allow me to note that I am an experienced mechanic of 20 + years and an AutoZone employee of 17 years in the automotive industry. I would also like to add that I have owned numerous luxury and foreign vehicles which I have personally worked on from ************* and another Range Rover. My mechanic of choice is ***************************** Car Specialist, **********, *********, Owner *****, ************. They have worked on all of my vehicles and have known me for 15 years. 

      Thank you again for reaching out to me doing these difficult times, but **************** has helped restore my trust in his organization. Special thanks to **************, BBB office, too for her immediate follow up to this matter. I cant wait to ride again in my Range Rover.

      I am working on getting you a check for reimbursement of the charges that were incurred at out ****** location along with $300 for your travel inconvenience. The total for this check will be $1,700.

      Although Delta World Tire Company proposed an adequate resolution to complaint ID ********, they have failed to carry out this resolution as promised.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

      Dear, **************

      I have attached numerous photos both past and present concerning my vehicles, 2011 Range Rover Sport HSE and **** Land Rover Discovery ii. Although both vehicles are similar they are very different. I have worked on both vehicles up to my ability as a mechanic of 30+ years. I have owned various other makes and models too. I have replaced a Water Pump on my **** Land Rover Discovery years ago, so I understand to importance of the Coolant System.(Photo Below). 

       I have been told recently by *****************************, District Manager of Delta World Tire, that a powder substance known as STOP LEAK was found in my Coolant System, radiator and hoses and thermostat. He asked If I was aware of this fact. My answer to that question was No. I'm just as much concerned about it being in my Range Rover Sport HSE Coolant System as he was. As a mechanic and former employee of AutoZone of 17 years, we would never recommend any chemical for a QUICK FIX. Instead we would suggest to the customer to find a QUALIFIED ASE MECHANIC nearby. 

      This substance will clog the entire coolant system and cause overheating and low engine pressure consistent with my WARNING MESSAGE, Restricted Performance which occurred during the period which I had my vehicle towed to Delta World ******** (Photo Below). Prior to the towing, I got a call that the Fuel Line (Photo Below) was broken during my coolant repairs. Which leads me to the other photos below to support my immediate concern about the STOP LEAK being found. The Dashboard shows the Coolant Temperature going from Cold to Hot. Indicating a blockage and restricted RPMs with the engine.(Photos Below).

      The Delta World Mechanics and Manager had many opportunities to notice any such substance in my vehicle coolant system, If the removed the following Coolant Pipes
      (Photo Below). Below is also a Coolant Reservoir which I installed myself prior to dropping my vehicle off in August 2023 initially.(Photo Below). On both such occasion there should have been visible residue to be seen on parts and in the reservoir too. Not a word or conversation mentioned to me by anyone except for the Broken Fuel Line. 

      My vehicles are an investment to me and my only form of transportation which I cant drive and continuously pay Insurance and Car notes. Therefore, in order to keep **************** trust and support with this matter. Along with helping resolve my repairs by Motorworks of ****** Mechanics. I am willing to submit to a Polygraph test to prove that I am not responsible for any substance found in my Range Rover. My concern is what **************** is willing to do after the results are found. i asked him to locate my Original Range Rover parts that the shop replaced in August 2023 to help create a timeline.

      On Dec 20, 2021 Monday, I brought my car to Delta World Tire for, (1) engine mount ((2) my car wouldn't start at all or it would run while keg switch was off. Tuesday 21th around 5pm they called telling me it was ready. When I got there they quoted me ******* but on phone just before I got there, it was **** something. They charge me for an extra trans mount that I didn't request. When I started complaining, they started taking item from but the trans mount was still charged. I have tape the conversations with each because I'm a woman by myself.They admitted they wrote wrong items of charges. I paid and got in running car as they brought it out for me, went home and car had same issue as of that Wed morning, called them and they Delta World Tire told me to call tow and they would pay tow. Thur they brought my car to me and give me a battery charger to boost my car til Monday. I decided not to because if they didn't diagnose it right the first and second time, I needed to seek help esle wheres. Sterling the manager was very unconcerned seeing his attitude with his statements. He told me that they needed more time with car but threatened to suit me because I made a statement> I feel U'll are taking advantage because I'm a woman. It my feelings, how can one suit over a feeling. My car still isn't running and having same issue. I've paid cab fees, out of $1312 but car STILL isn't fix but they have my monies. How is that right.
