On January. 23,2023 I had my put my car in the shop i didnt get my car back until March 8,2023. But that not the problem here it is the transmission on my **** **** Expedition was once has a transmission problem previous before in June 3,2021 my transmission had went out and then January 22,2023 it went out again so I got my vehicle tow to AJs Transmission *** at *****************, the next day they accept it and proceeded with my warranty info and told me as soon as my part comes in they gone start the work right away well the didnt my was sitting for about 6 weeks when I call they had let me know that they had received my transmission two weeks in and they was gone get to working on my car well they didnt maybe about the fifth week after I been calling and going up there non stop that when they decided they wanted to work on my car so on March 8,2023 they had call for me to pick up my car and they very next day my transmission is slipping again and is notworking properly and cant be driven and now Im back without any transportation again!Business response

I did not know that he had any more issues he has not contacted us about that and yes things are taking longer then usual to complete due to parts shortage and longer shipping times but what ever is wrong with the vehicle ************** has a 2 year warranty thank you ajs transmissionCustomer response

Good morning my name is ****** ******* * had recently file a complaint with Aj's TRANSMISSION on 1230 Veterans blv, on 1/23/2023 to 3/8/2023 8 then recieved services which wasnt complete the very same day i had problems i contacted you guys and yalk contacted the auto shop and they told me to bring my 2005 Ford expedition in on 4/4/2023,which i still havent received i went by there Tuesday just pass and say they was gone have it ready by the weekend and another weekend is coming i really need to get this resolved i been without a car half the year now can you guys please help fix this issue please! THANKS

On Oct 1 2021 my 03 tahoe went to this transmission shop for a complete rebuild and replacement of the torque converter, total with taxes and labor $1,950 with a 12 month warranty. I picked up the vehicle on Oct 7th 2021. May 30th 2022 my truck was towed back to the shop because the transmission started shipping again. Between the lack of communication and lying being told to over a course of 8 weeks I was so stressed out. I was told it would be ready next and then the following week all lies, I picked up.the truck on July 28th 2022, literally 8 weeks later. The stress of bothering family members for rides to and from work were so stressful as well as a few ubers, public transportation and being late for work a few times during that 8 week period was really stressful. Now recently on September 2nd, 2022 I had to get the vehicle towed again to the shop with a "transmission hot" message appearing before I pulled over on the road and called a tow truck. I got the vehicle to the shop on that Friday the 2nd of September and the owner informed me that he would look at it on Tuesday the 6th of September, I've been calling everyday I can never speak to the owner who is also the mechanic, I think I've heard every excuse, from Doctors appt, ro he's under a vehicle, ro he's nor here today, the list goes on and on. Today is the 13th of September haven't heard from anyone at the shop and when I call it's like they play so many games. I really need assistance obtaining a full refund from this company because they apparently can't repair my vehicle properly. I Just want quality work that I paid for. I guess by me not paying any money thus time around my vehicle is pushed on the back burner but it's really not fair because they were paid for my work already this is warranty work. Why would they want to keep doing the same work over and over again. This burden is really putting alot of stress on me trying to balance work and school without my vehicle.
