I was going to purchase a wedding dress from this place! I was making payments towards my dress so they can order it but had not gotten to the point of making enough payments to get it ordered, I have moved to Texas and having financial problems at the moment so I called to see if I could get what I have paid on the dress back but was told they can only offer me store credit in which I will have no use for if I don't live in Louisiana anymore!Business response

Our store policy is that "All sales are final- No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations." This is clearly stated on your receipts. It is common business practice for a store not to issue a refund, particularly after a certain amount of time has passed. I see that you made a payment on 2/24/21 and another payment on 3/20/21. We agreed to issue you a store credit. We ship gowns out of state all of the time. This would not be a problem. The store credit does not expire, and it can be used towards any of your bridal or special occasion needs.
