It was a great experience working with New South. The salesman explained everything about the product. The installers were great, very professional and answered all my questions. I will use them the next time I need doors and windows. We have to wait for warranty if it is needed, hope not.Thank yall

On 08/11/23 my wife and I made a decision to have 26 NewSouth windows installed. Following disappointment and immediate loss of trust due to a verbal understanding between sales and myself regarding the appreciable down payment the already signed contract realities have surfaced. As of now I am disappointed that as a older gentlemen I was so **** in entering a short notice agreement (3-3.5hrs)against my better judgement. In fairness our salesman is in contact and we are working towards a solution however like other reviews the contract is the contract and we are bound as of this review. We have delayed the measuring/ordering the windows to this point and will not comment further as to quality of product or installation fulfillment which has driven a few other reviews with the BBB. We are working towards a plan to possibly visit the factory as optional in an attempt to ease the self disgust and possibly heal before 26 windows are potentially installed. One star will be left today due to not much has been accomplished other than a sales call and the writing of a check. Give NewSouth a fair opportunity by going through your sales visit , pay attention, read reviews prior to appointment, listen closely, understand the contract fully and make the decision you are comfortable with that best suits the need of your home. Remember, Your home is a investment for your future and not a car that will likely be traded 60months from now. An update will follow once all is completed in the future and final "Star" count can be given.

Pathetic, do not get what you pay for. Sloppy installation, threw away existing threshold without a replacement available, no contact from customer support, order wrong parts 4 times and counting, can't keep records of payments, accused homeowner of being unwilling to pay when payment had already been made....

Unfortunately, not every project goes as planned. We are very sorry for your frustration. We have not ignored you at any time and have been very transparent. The payment your refereeing to was for the final payment that was owed and you did pay when it was completed. The extra orders were for the correct finish on threshold and an extender. We cannot predict with 100% accuracy how the slab, walls, frame etc... of these items are will be when removing existing windows and doors. We will and have worked as hard as possible to make sure in the end, you will be satisfied. As I see the in the notes, there has been an agreement on how to remedy this issue and looks like it was agreed on Monday 8/21/23, Thank you for your business. NewSouth Window Solutions Staff.

Very happy with the windows . The installers did a really good job . Loved the salesmans and ************ was very accurate in measuring the windows . Would highly recommend !
