I want a refund for $114.45 I did not receive the services requested. Instead, what I stated that I was not wanting done was done. Another company had been using the wrong oil in my car. I told the Brown Representative (s) that and I wanted the car check out for that. However, other things that was not a concern or problem for me was muddled with. I am overwhelmed how I have been treated. I had called the Brown Center and explained on several occasions for about two weeks prior to what I needed done on my car. And not one time did they tell me that I was equipped to check my car for bad oil damages. Instead, they continously, told me that I could bring the car and leave it . They were backed up; therefore, the car could be there for two or more days; indefinite time. On one occasion, I was told to call at the end of the day to see how many cars was there before bringing my car. I explained that I was needing the car checked out due to the bad oil to make sure there was no damages. I asked did they do diagnostic Testing. I was told yes. I know that I have been defrauded. This money was given to me by the other company to get the car checked out for damages caused by their company. Without a shadow of a doubt Brown Service Center have not dealt with me fairly. May be because of their overwhelming workload. I am not sure why they would do me this way. My car still is not tested for damages for bad oil. The things that Brown did on my car was scheduled to be done for free by someoneelse. Those things were not priority nor did I inquire about them. Matter of fact they were only sensor lights on in the car that they turned off; one for the engine and one for the tire. They are back on. This is discussing. That my money was taken in this fashion. ******* ********* ðŸ˜
