BUYER BEWARE! I stopped in to see if they had any refrigerators and was told they didn't but would next week to call back. I called the next week and was told they got two in but needed to check them out to ensure they worked and I would receive a call back. I waited two weeks and still no call so I called them again and was told since I didn't receive a call back the two refrigerators obviously didn't work. The lady I was speaking with said they only had one refrigerator in stock and it was double the price I was quoted for the others. She stated it was new, the brand, and that it worked. I paid for it over the phone. I had to pay someone to pick it up and bring it to my home because they only deliver in Ouachita Parish. The water filter on the refrigerator was cracked causing water to get on the floor and it didn't cool at all. Plus there was mold in the freezer and jar rings in the doors, obviously a used appliance. When I called, I was told I would have to return the refrigerator to them for repairs as stated in the warranty that was covered with me and I signed. No one went over the warranty and I never saw it until the refrigerator was delivered days after purchasing over the phone. It was placed inside the refrigerator. Wess, the owner, refused to come to my home to work on it or pick it up and kept stating what his warranty said and that he was a small business. I decided to just hire a repairman who would come to the house. That repairman verified it not only was a used refrigerator, but it had been worked on before as it had aftermarket parts and the back was full of rust. The board was bad and it would cost a lot to fix. I had to threaten to sue to get my money back. Wess finally returned all my money but gave himself a five star rating online and had his employees do the same. He said he would send two "servicemen" to my house to pick up the refrigerator. He failed to say that he was one of the men at my house. He lied from start to finish.
