Cruz has agreement to build the restaurant with the amount $370,000. He keeps delaying the project for more than 1 years. Then he is asking for co sign to borrow money at the bank to finish the rest of the project. We paid him all money in advance. Now he does not want to finish project and ask for more money. We give him time to finish to 03/31/2024 but he does not show up to work.Initial Complaint

AC unit on inside of house is 5 ton outside unit is 4ton this causes inside unit to sweat leaking water resulting in mold. He lowered the fan speed on unit because it was freezing up. Mt home is under 1300 Sq ft. Cracks in walls floos floors lifting due to house not leveled correctly. Doors in kitchen air comes in and front room door hard to lock..The house is airy not sealed correctly as you can feel a draft. Trim.outside the house and painting not complete. No bedro.closert door front bedroom door in restrooms drag and scratches the floor. Wires loose under house beams under house not touching center blocks causing leveling issues .New addition to house was not concrete or dirt leveled it was built on top of dirt with no.foundation structure. No.screen Doors were replaced and house is not properly insulated so I bought insulation paid another ac repairman to add freon to unit No.trap Doors in bathroom if pipes need to be changed for shower areas.Bathroom.floor drops down about 6 inches lower not sturdy. Mold in.attic and closets were ac unit was installed in properly. Cracks in house its very airy ac fan speed lowered so it's hot.
