      If I could give them zero stars, I would. I have a plan with vantage through the healthcare marketplace and everything was fine, until they decided to change their name to primewell and have two websites up operating at the same time. I cannot login to pay my bill online, I’ve tried three browsers on my phone and three on two separate computers. When I call them to attempt to pay it, their employees don’t answer the phone. I’ve gotten one person who never called back and after that two days of literally sitting on hold for hours. Completely freaking ridiculous and when I lose my insurance and end up needing it a lawyer will be involved.

      I had Vantage insurance for a year! Horrible service! And most lab work is not covered eve. Though they say it’s covered. Please shop around I paid over 5k in insurance and most of the time i had to pay for medical bills! Customer services is no help!

      I'm my brothers POA and he changed his supplemental health plan to Vantage without my knowledge. My brother saw their television commercials promising free rides to the Doctor he normally has to pay the transport charge himself. I found out after the first of the year he had changed to Vantage insurance so I called Vantage to set up a ride to his Oncologists appointment. I called the week before and was told my brother had to answer the phone to confirm which I told would be an issue so they agreed to call me which they did the day before the Doctors appointment to say there was no transport available in my brothers area (NW AR) the closest was Little Rock which is 3 hours away. I was transferred to Audrey ***** the transportation nurse coordinator at 318 347-xxxx and I was transferred to a gentleman i don't remember his name but advised they had no contract with any transport companies in the area they were working on it and would call me back never heard back. Now my brother who has several severe physical issues including cognitive issues has to pay to go to the Doctor and has thousands of bills that Vantage is not paying the majority are ambulance bills which all resulted in hospital stays. I also received a bill from his cancer clinic they called Vantage and were told the invoice was never received so they resubmitted Ive spoke with several representatives about unpaid bills no resolution or reason given so I ask for a manage Nichole who was contacted in April and when I last called and spoke with Lynn on 09/28/23 she said April was still working on the issue? The representative that promised my brother free Dr. trips should have been able to check and know they were no transport companies working with Vantage in NW AR so I feel like they lied to an elderly very disabled person and have done NOTHING to make it right..

      I selected Vantage from the Healthcare Marketplace based on the fact that they showed my doctor as being in network as well as our pediatrician. They also showed we got dental insurance which I saw as a little bonus. When I called a few dentists to see if they took Vantage they all said "no". I got on the Vantage website which only halfway works. I could go on and on about the dysfunctional website but I digress. I found all the dentists that take Vantage are a minimum of 3 hours away from where I live in Tupelo, MS. So that was a no-go but not a deal breaker. I went to a doctor's appointment yesterday and was called into the office after giving them my new insurance card. She explained that Vantage doesn't cover my provider or their clinic so I'd have to pay out of pocket. I told her that's impossible b/c I specifically chose Vantage b/c my doctor was in network. She said she's seen this happen before and Vantage won't remove them from the list of approved providers. I had to pay out of pocket for that visit. I looked on the website and the closest OB/GYN is three or more hours away. Now I've been on hold for more than 30 minutes to speak with a Vantage rep and still haven't gotten anyone. I feel misled and I need to talk to someone that can help me but help is VERY hard to find where Vantage is concerned. They need to remove them as an option on the Healthcare Marketplace.
