I was referred to Morris Bart and associates in April 2023. At the beginning 10 different people was calling me everyday asking me the same info over and over and all of them was emailing papers for me to sign. Finally the referral recommended John ******** we talked periodically mainly asking me to send my medical records MRI and Ultrasound reports. He never communicated any information to me specifically about his findings for 10 straight months. He contacted me once regarding us going to the dealership together to take pics of the accident site. 3 months passed and he left a message on my phone informing me that he and his team decided to terminate my case. He didn’t give me not one inkling of information why? He left that message exactly 1 month before the case would have to be filed. Which I feel was very suspect and degrading because he could have terminated the case 6 months ago at least I would have had a better chance to find a real Law Firm instead of waisting time with these scam artists. I have been calling him since he decided to term the case and it’s obvious that he doesn’t care to return my calls because I’m still waiting to find out WHY? What’s the reason for the term? Why did you wait 30 days before the case will have to be filed. Maybe the State Board can answer these questions. I deserve to know something more than we decided to term your case. I’ve asked his knew assistant for his supervisors name I’ve asked to speak with Morris Bart. These people are just disrespectful on so many levels. Nevertheless I’m still under doctors care still going to PT as a result of my injuries from this accident. I am paying all of my medical bills and PT. Mr John ********* told me I would have to pay all my upfront medical bills my self. I should’ve realized that was ridiculously unethical at that point. But God!! No one should ever waist their time with Morris Bart and Associates ever it’s just not worthwhile.

Had a Ida lawsuit for over a year and I never hear from them. Probably should have never filed suit after paying them 30% plus whatever fees they end up hitting me with and then having to pay appx. 30% to the IRS and even having to pay IRS taxes on their share of the money I might get 10 bucks to completely rebuild the rental. I'll never do this again and I'm sure the Louisiana Citizens State Insurance division of our corrupt government will be happy to know we now invest in Mississippi.

FALSE ADVERTISEMENT: I called Morris **** concerning a Personal Injury; he told me that I should have called him first....why does it matter if no one has filed or taken my case? Morris **** told me that he "Could Not" help me.

I was in a car accident 6/2020, I called Morris **** first; but yet again, he said, "I Can't Help You".
What was the reason this time? You tell me, because I called and explained to him about my car accident and reminded him that he told me to call him first, which I did. I reminded Morris **** that his commercial says, "If you are not at-fault (car accident), then give me a call; one call - that's all".
Well, my "One Call" obviously had a small print attached. I was not at-fault in my car accident, because there was a defect with my vehicle that caused my car to accelerate and hit the car in front of me. This is not a good reason to refuse to accept my case; I asked if this was false advertising? He did not reply to my question, but only repeated that he "Could Not" take my case.
