Mark A. is the epitome of excellent customer service. Weather Pro was referred to us by a family friend, but the quality work will prompt me to refer Weather Pro Roofing to others. Mark made the whole experience seamless. He and his crew arrived when they were scheduled to arrive, completed the work in a timely fashion and cleaned up any debris before leaving the job sight. I left a message for Mark to call me about another much smaller job that I needed taken care of and he called me immediately and scheduled a time for the work to be done. In this day and age to be able to talk to an actual person -- a person directly responsible for work being completed -- is almost unheard of. Many thanks to Mark and his crew for everything from start to finish!!!Review from Mary Watkins

Mark came out as promised to inspect or roof and he also came back for the insurance adjuster inspection. We had to have the roof replaced and didn't realize our deductible was the amount it was. Mark worked with us during our time of need. Mark was very understanding and very professional. He cared about us and our needs, it wasn't about the money with him. I would definitely recommend this company. Mark and his crew was awesome and right on time. They never the driveway and lawn clean like it was when the came. Actually it probably was cleaner after they left. Mark we thank you and your crew for an awesome job!!! Well done!Review from Eric M

I contacted Mark ****** because I was concerned my roof was damaged by hail during a recent storm. Mark made a site visit within a few days, just as he said he would. While still on the roof, Mark called with details on the damage. Mark walked me through the steps I needed to take with my insurance company. He offered to be on-site when the insurance adjuster made a site visit. On the day the adjuster came, Mark was on-site and on the roof with the adjuster so nothing was overlooked. Insurance covered a total roof replacement, the roofing crew was on-site within the time frame Mark estimated. The crew did an excellent job. I could not be more pleased with the customer service I received from Mark.Review from Ray R

This company just finished doing our roof on our house and did a outstanding job, the workers were constantly working and picking up as they finished. Yard was left neat and clean of any debris or roofing tacks. Tom Stratton went beyond helping with insurance claim to replace roof. 07/30/21. Very pleased with results and would use them again.

The Weather Protection Company handled my roof repair and I could not be more pleased. Ben was very professional and was able to answer all of my questions. I will definitely use this company again.
