1/3/24..Dropped off 2002 Ford Expedition for diagnostic(leaking), w/witness. Few days later, I was contacted by ********, telling me technician couldn't determine where leaking was coming from, unless he had my permission to look further? I agreed. Then, a day or so later, I was recontacted by ********, stating, the total cost of Repairs is $4,500.00??? I told her, I don't have that kind of money? I then stated, that I will pick it up & check other options? I was then told, I would have to pay $1,500.00 for to put truck back in original condition? I was also suggested to seek financing through Friendly Finance; which I then expressed my credit score, isn't gonna allow me that?? I was never given a quote from ******** or anyone of price quotes for diagnostic, nor further investigation of my truck?? Furthermore, I was told that **** stated, he'd pay me $500 to buy the truck, in my diress of having the thoughts of losing my vehicle of 19yrs!!? My transmission & gears worked as they should!? I simply went in for a diagnostic for where the leaking was coming from? Not knowing I would be facing this manipulative & gross non-disclosure of fees, for a simple diagnostic??! I simply want my truck back in condition I delivered it, & am willing to pay small fee?! But, these are specialist, whom obviously have some undisclosed financial agendas @this company!!! I signed no paperwork, nor was I given a notification of such fees for the further investigation of services, beforehand!!?? Would appreciate the company...putting my truck back in it's original condition; & possibly working with me with maybe $500 as payment, to retrieve my truck. $1,500.00 is complete entrapment!! It suggests & entangles consumers to pay ridiculous funds; whether services are rendered or not!???
