Latest issue: vents that are not properly connected. see photos. Vent for our microwave is not connected to the hole in the roof as Triple B never connected this. Also have a vent for our outdoor kitchen that goes up into the attic and does not vent out. There is also a plug sitting next to the vent pipe that is sitting on the ground and not secured to anything. Very poor and incomplete install. The previous issues we have had is that the electrician left off 12 outlets that we had on our house plans (custom home/plans). He did not communicate that these were being left off. Most of these are vital plus (left off one next to my sink for a toothbrush to plug into, left off two exterior plugs which caused us to plug things into outdoor kitchen if we wanted to use a bounce house for the kids in the yard, etc.). We reached out to our builder who told us he would get with electrician to come check it out and see if they were just sheetrocked over. I was told Brad would call me to set up a time. After a week of no call, I reached out to Brad and offered available days. He responded with a long text message saying I wasted his time making him look into this and basically how he was not going to add the plugs and started listing off things he did "extra" for us. His attitude was extremely unprofessional and uncalled for. Since then we paid thousands with another electrician to have the outlets added. We also had to have an outlet repaired in our master due to constantly shutting off. We addressed this with Brad before and he told us to reset it. After doing this 10X over the past year, we had another electrician come. He showed us how bad the plug install was and why it was tripping. I am fed up with the poor workmanship and incomplete work that has continued to cost us money. To resolve, I'd like to have someone from his company finish the venting job that was left incomplete or reimburse so we can play someone without shelling out more cash for their incomplete work.
