Cannot give lower than a one star. booked a vacation with them. Called to confirm the dates. Spent 3 hours on bait and switch tactics and unable to book a vacation for the time needed. Was told I would get a refund. Got an email to contact them because I could not get a refund. Tried to call and left 3 voicemails because nobody answers their phones. never received a call back. I do not want this vacation at this point and just want my money back as they obviously are a huge scam and should be shut down for their shady business practices. It was $199 and now I am out that money and $800 to book a legit hotel for my vacation. DO NOT USE THIS SCAM COMPANYReview from Lavonne W

Zero stars! Been trying for two years to book a paid for vacation and now I'm told I have to pay another 251 dollars and wait 7 months to use it after trying 6 or 7 times in last 2 years! Bunch of crap! Beginning to realize I was scammed!Review from Quasheda P

On ****** I purchased a vacation with itinerary ****** I’ve sent numerous of emails trying to get my dates scheduled and have yet to get a response. I’ve created tickets and have yet to get a response. I’ve called all the numbers and for some reason I can’t get a representative on the phone. I made a reservation from bookvip 18 months ago and paid $315 for 12 days and now I want to use it. I have been sending messages for 15 days asking them to make my reservation, but no one is following up and they just say they will call you or call the number, but the number they gave is not available. If I could give negative stars I would!!! This company is a complete sham and they rip off ALL of their consumers. I have no idea how they got some fake reviews on YouTube. Look at all the negative reviews here! I really wish I had researched them before purchasing a hotel vacation. I purchased a vacation package during the pandemic. Obviously NO ONE could travel at the time, but we knew we had 2 years to use it and thought it would be OK. I call to set up my reservation-NO ACTUAL PHONE- it is a recording telling you to go to their website. The contact form on their website goes UNANSWERED. They do NOT offer any other way to contact them. We were closing in on our 2 year timeframe to use so I was starting to panic. I truly believe they do this so they can keep your money. 3 days before it was due to expire, I submitted yet another message, this time stating I wanted a refund of our money. I provided all the information they needed to process this request and contact me (again). I received an email at 11:48PM asking for all the information (which I already provided) in order to assist me. At 12:57AM I received another email saying they wanted to follow up. Last one at 1:58AM stating since I didn't respond they are closing the ticket. All within 3 hours! I was in BED during those hours! They keep wasting my time trying to contact a company that obviously does not want to be contacted. They will gladly take your money, never provide the hotel vacation and choose how and when to contact you. This business needs to be shut down! I am surprised they are continuing to operate and advertise packages with all the complaints they are getting. I just want my $396 back. I am hoping my complaint with the BBB will get them to do something and finally refund my money. Future buyers beware!Review from Everett B

Bookvip has no way communicating with live agent. They called me and offer a special. I paid over the phone. Now I want to set date for trip and no one is able to help. They also will not give me the actual hotel name.BookVip Response

Awful experience. They charged me for taxes on my free vacation package to Branson. We tried to schedule in our package in January and February for our trip in June . They told us they weren't booking yet call back. We called back in April to book our trip they told us they were all booked till November. Our package expired Nov 5 so I asked for a extension or a refund. They sent a email saying they would extend the package to exactly what I already had which was Nov. 5th 2022 . I contacted them multiple times and never got a response to my complaint. They offer you something they can't fulfill. This company is a joke. Don't fall for their lies .Review from Anisoara M

I booked my vacation to Mexico on 6/22/2021, which stated I had 18 months to call them and book my vacation. My BookVIP Pass number is XXXXXX. The package I purchased stated I would have a $29.99 daily resort fee, which I agreed to. I called to book my vacation on 9/9/2022 to schedule a vacation for November 16, 2022. On the phone call, the representative falsely told me I only had 12 months to book my vac nation in my package. I communicated that my package had 18 months. The representative asked for proof and told me that they would call me back. I sent my email verifying I indeed had 18 months. They never called me back. Then I called them and they asked for information such as income, and major credit card and stated that I qualified for a package but that I had to pay an additional $360 on top of what I ALREADY PAID and locked in on 6/22/2021, because rates had gone up since I booked this package. The representative, John, put me on hold and came back stating that he could reduce this extra charge to $249. I stated that I will not be paying an additional charge when it was never previously disclosed that the rate would go up after booking. I had paid the package fee far in advance (and they had my money for over a year). The representative would not resolve the issue and when I kept asking to speak to a manager for 30 minutes, he would not transfer me and instead kept trying to sell me a package saying "let's do the reservation". The way this company functions is by scamming people. BE AWARE before booking that you will run into similar problems. I want a competent employee to reach out to me and help me book my trip on November 16, 2022 at the price I already paid.
