              Truck was brought in on 2/13/24 for a coolant leak. They pressure tested the system and found leaks coming from radiator hose, tee and water pump. They replaced the coolant pump, upper radiator hose, tee and O-ring thermostat housing gasket for $857.78 (see attached receipt). Got the truck back after 3 days. It's still leaking coolant so I brought it back to Musson Patout on 5/13/24 to have them check it again. Now they say, it's the coolant reservoir that's leaking and want to charge me $560. I either want a refund for $857.78 or fix it at no charge.

              Found a used FJ cruiser on their website that I was interested in looking at. I called and confirmed the vehicle was available on Friday (10/28) and scheduled an appointment for the next day (10/29). The following day I drove 367 miles (5.5 hours) from Crestview, FL to New Iberia, LA to go look at the vehicle. I called my sales rep when I was in New Orleans to confirm the vehicle was still available and our appointment was still good. We got to New Iberia and checked out the vehicle. We went for a test drive and came back to talk about numbers. About five minutes after sitting in the office the sales manager came in and said that the vehicle was not available because the owner was going to give it to his friend & there was nothing they could do. The sales manager & my salesperson (Albert Seabble) were both polite and apologetic, & they topped my vehicle off (less than $18 in fuel). At the end of the day, I spent eleven hours in the car driving 734 miles only to have the owner of the dealership refuse to sell me a vehicle that I was pre-approved for and had an appointment for because he was cutting his buddy a deal.
