      Ended up with them through a 24 hour ac service, because it was Friday night (08/02/2024) and my regular AC guy was out of town. They came out to my house for a $99 service call, but charged an extra $316 to detect what the actual issue was. We were told the inside coils were leaking, but we should change the inside and outside coils. He quoted over 5k to change coils inside and outside although the outside coils did not have a leak. He also quoted around 11k to replace the 3 ton unit. He said there was nothing he could do about it till Monday because he didnt have a unit or coils on the truck. He added 2 pounds of Freon and handed us a $816 bill. Less than 48 hours hours later. Its 80 degrees in my house. The $400 worth of Freon that was added to my system has obviously leaked out. He never should have put the Freon in there not knowing how large the leak was or maybe he knew and didnt care. This was just an absolute waste of money. $816 dollars and 48 hours later Im back in the same situation. Would have been cheaper for me to rent an ****** and wait till Monday morning to call my regular ac guy when he was back from vacation.

      This customer was refunded $400 for the visit.  We refunded the price of the refrigerant that we used.  The client was told verbally, but not written out that the refrigerant could leak out.  Because it was not in writing we refunded that amount.  Our policies have also changed in response to this and it will always be in writing from now on.

      I subscribed to this companys membership program for 19.95/month in 2018 and I decided to cancel in October of 2021. I followed the appropriate procedure and cancelled by email. I was assured in November of 2021 that the membership had been cancelled and that I would not be charged again, yet I was charged again in November 2021, December 2021, January 2022 and February 2022. Each month I have called to dispute the charges and each month this company has reassured me that on their end the membership shows cancelled, however I continue to be charged without reimbursement. This company does not allow me to speak to management in order to resolve but says that someone will call me back to resolve and I have not had any resolution. I would like my money back for the months after cancellation and for this company to stop profiting from me when no services have been provided to me since July of 2021.
