    I ordered 6 ooey gooey from this company for $5 each and paid $15.50 for expedited shipping, but my order was never received. A refund was never issued.

    Placed an order for my wedding and arranged with them as to exactly what day I’d need the order before i placed it and I did not receive the order. They keep hanging up on my phone calls and ignore text. They even block my comments on their page. This company is a scam artist!

    On-line order placed June 18th, 2022. Confirmation order number 228. Order total was $35.50 and I was told would ship 2-3 day UPS Ground. As of today items have not been received, and the business is non responsive to my requests.

    Purchased good online, directly from vendors website. Received receipt without shipping notification or tracking. Waited 7 days, then emailed for shipping number, no reply. Waited a few more days, called, no answer. Voicemail inbox forwarded me to a digital reply service that only ask for your number to call you back. Received no call back.Discovered online reviews that this happens a lot to others around the country, and frequently. This is fraud.

    Transaction Date: May 31, 2022 Amount: $60 Item/Product: Pralines Issue: Owner has never sent me a tracking number or shipped my product. It has been 2 weeks. I tried contacting the owner to ask about my item and no response. The owner has done this to others as noted on his ******** page as well.

    I paid this company for goods and expedited shipping. Goods never received, Ive asked for my money repeatedly and I have been told a refund is issued 3 weeks have passed and nothing! I would like this issue resolved so I can move on and have my refund in place.

    My name is *******************************. I purchased a Combo Tray ( small 50 piece) on May 1, 2022 at 11:21am from Big Easy Praline Connection online for my son graduation on May 13, 2022. My order never arrived. So I begin calling the number listed **************. The person (male) answered the number listed above hello. Never answered as the business name. I became suspicious and begin asking questions? Did you get my order? What is your name? **** Why havent I received my order from May 1, today is May 17. Mr **** told me it was shipped on May 16. I called back on May 20 because I never received my order. Again I was assured my order had been shipped. I told Mr. **** I would wait until Monday (05/23/22). My order never arrived so I called **** back on 05/24/22 and informed him that I never received my order. He gave me a tracking number #********************** but online in the email I received when I first placed my order it stated Once your package ships we will send you a notification email. I never received this email. I told **** multiple times I wanted my money ($79.40) back today (05/24/22). He never addressed my money but continued to say my order had been mailed out. Can you please help me with this matter because I feel this business is a FRAUD. My cell number is **************. I called today 5-27-22 and told **** I want my money back. He hung the phone up.I work shift work.
