I sign up for a promotion on Monday which stated 100% match on anytime first deposit up to $1000. I deposited $120 for the first time with this company (i had to sign up with all of my information)and never received my match or a bonus credit of $120. If you can please help me resolve this Id appreciate it. Ive emailed them 3-4 times and called 5 times with no response.Initial Complaint

On March 15 2021 I booked a room at ******** New Orleans hotel for March **** 2022. When I booked the room I was told I would receive 5x Caesars Rewards Tier Credits which would total at least **** credits. These Tier Credits are used to get free or reduced rate rooms in the future. After my stay a few weeks ago I was told that the promotion ended and I would only receive 1x Tier Credits. if your promotion ended that's fine but I booked while it was still 5x Credits. I never would have booked the room without the 5x Credits and you never said anything about expiring. Why would I book a room if you could just change policy after I booked it. I can see for anyone who booked after your promotion ended by I booked while promotion was running. This is Fraud or blatant misrepresentation of a promotion. By the receipt I received from your hotel I was guaranteed at least **** Tier Credits not the 992 you gave me 1x instead of 5x.Initial Complaint

My brand new ID that is a MONTH old got denied tonight at Harrahs casino in New Orleans. They said my ID did not pass any of their systems after I offered to provide my birth certificate and even my social security number. After I sat for 30+ minutes I began to ask questions and was threatened to be tazed and arrested. The sheriff at the casino said she could not even check my ID with them to confirm it was real which is in heard of. Their needs to be consequences for this and I will be a following with legal action if there is not. Update your systems so this does not happen to me again or anyone else. Alabama IDs have changed and your company should be up to date with that.Initial Complaint

This company advertised that you could wager and use their Live Chat or email feature to ask a question. I have documentation that they never answer their live chat nor did they answer my email account I made it. I was trying to ask question about my account lost $497 in bonus cash. The mafia had better customer service.
