Extremely *************** and Unacceptable Living Conditions at Patrician Management Properties My experience with Patrician Management, along with observations from my shipmates, has been overwhelmingly negative and deeply concerning. The first major issue was the frequent malfunctioning of the gate in this supposed 'gated community', which severely compromised the promised security.A more alarming concern was the persistent mold problem in the residences, particularly affecting my colleagues at the ************ branch. This health hazard was not only distressing but also indicative of poor property maintenance. When the management finally addressed the mold issue, the affected shipmates were forced to find alternative accommodations at their own expense, while still being bound by their lease agreements. This lack of consideration for the residents' well-being and financial burden is unacceptable.Additionally, my personal experience with a blinds-related charge, levied two years after my move-out and a clear final inspection, highlights the management's questionable billing practices and unprofessional approach, including threats of sending the account to collections without prior communication.The situation was further aggravated by the technical difficulties I faced while attempting to make a payment on their poorly designed and user-unfriendly website. When I reported these issues, the management's response was not only delayed but also unhelpful, adding to the frustration.Given these myriad issues - compromised security, health hazards, unfair financial practices, technical challenges, and poor responsiveness - I strongly advise against choosing Patrician Management for your housing needs.
