I ordered a pair of "**************" they were supposed to be a size 18 Capris. Well, I got a size small from ***** skinny jeans that wouldn't fit an 8th grader! I have been fighting with PayPal to get my money back and the only thing I got from the company was an offer of 10% of my purchase price. 4.00!! I ordered a dog hammock for the car, with a ten day promise to deliver. Still waiting 20+ days. Paypal is still awaiting comment when I notified them of the problem. Zero stars is too many! Absolutely no correspondence has helped! Stay away from this company would be my recommendation!Review from Tj J

I've had problems with this company from the beginning of my purchase but the best thing for me is I went through my bank and my bank reversed the pay and they still shipped it out and they sent it to me but I sent it back to them and I took pictures of everything they tried to say that they didn't get it but it was delivered hand delivered to somebody at their company they are a scam company and they will try to rip you off they need to be put out of business!!!Review from Theresa H

I spent 44.95 on a so called 50% off item, it was supposed to be a weed Wacker with blades, I got the 2 blades that go to absolutely nothing and I looked up the price of what those 2 blades costed and it literally a 5.99 item, when I called the number that I was given a man with an accent said I had the wrong number, and no im aware I got scammed, users please check carefully and read reviews and complaints when before ordering anything from a site based in South East asia..Review from Danika C

If I could give zero stars I would! I am so mad and feel so cheated. After I ordered 2 of the wire-wrapped garden fairy yard ornaments I did not receive them after ******************************************************* touch with Lunata. What a joke! I will show you the item I received and it was absolutely NOT even the same product. The shape was similar but their entire advertisement was misleading. After all the polite conversation they offered me only 10% refund. I am insulted and outraged.Review from Rosetta D

This is the worst company allowed to exist. I wish I could rate the a zero. They actually advertised their sandals Uber the name of Clark, and sold them for $34 when they should’ve been sold for $2.50.

BEWARE of this LUNATA company....do not buy!!! I ordered a pair of sneakers....they came...too big....I have been fighting back and forth with this company....no paperwork in the package and they keep asking for more and more pictures of the item...which is irrelevant - THEY SIMPLY DO NOT FIT!!!!..... I was dumb enough to order off a IG site....and now they want every picture and say they refund but do not take returns.....they are trying to keep me replying because they do not want to refund me.....this is a ********* company - I wish I would have read reviews beforehand....the most ridiculous return I have ever had.a simple $51.98 and they are not refunding........Review from Vladimir D.

Couldnt return sandles. No return information on package or inside. I thought I ordered size 9, they said I ordered size 6. Said it was my fault I ordered wrong size.They made it very complicated to return giving me 48 hours to contact them.
