      I got my loan thru crescent bank in December of 2023. I know I was behind on payments but when I called to try to work something out and explain my situation all I got was rudeness, hatefulness and very unprofessional to the point I was in tears. They made me feel lower than dirt. My payment was $591.71 a month. The car was recently repoed when I tried to just have them come get it and was told if I just had them come get it that it wouldnt reflect negatively on my report. Well they refused to do that and wanted to repo it instead. I recently got a letter in the mail from crescent bank stating trust they were selling it at auction. I got the letter maybe a week after trust came and got it. I wasnt even given the chance to come up with the money so I could get it back. I would be glad to discuss it privately. They are unprofessional and rude.

      The ******************** of Crescent Bank is provide terrible rates on a car loan. By the time you are done paying on a loan, you have paid twice the rate of the what the loan is worth. I have tried to contact the bank to work out payment arrangements on my card loan and everytime I call, I get the a totally different answer as what I was told the first time. My wife signed the loan with me and when she tried to call to handle a business matter with them while I was sick with COVID, they told her she was not authorized to speak with them that it had to be me. Several months later I called about this and they then told me she could discuss financial matters with them as she was on the account. I was behind on my car loan payments by a few months due to medical issues. I called at the beginning of January and they told me I had to make 2 payments to get an 2 month extension. I made the first payment in the middle of January, I called to make the second payment today and they still told me that I still had to make 2 payments. I spoke to the manager and told him what I was told by both agent's, in January and he went and listened to the recordings and verified what he was trying to get me to do was incorrect. I had my car repossessed last night. When I called to resolve this about the middle on January, I was confirmed by the agent that my car was not in process of repocession when I asked. I highly recommend to not due business with this bank as no one from customer service, collections, and the repocession know what their actual processes are as no one is on the same page with their company policies. This business needs to be investigated and reprecussions need to be taken on this business on how they treat their customers.F.Y.I--I have not have any phone calls, voicemails or e-mails from this company, at either my work number or personal cell number through the month of December 2024 or January 2025 regarding the delinqiency on my account.

      It's been a rough year , crescent bank has been there for me and is there to help with everything they can. I still have my car thanks to them my payment is high but that's my own fault. They are a great bank with phenomenal customer service.

      DO NOT AGREE TO ANY TERMS WITH THIS BANK...The completely lied to me to get me to sign papers with promises of refinancing after 6 months and well after the said 6 months they went back on their word and now I'm ending up paying 50k on a car that got valued at 9k ..how they are able to get away with lying and preying on people is beyond me and anyone else with common sense...THEY ARE LITERALLY VULTERS LOOKING FOR THE NEXT PERSON TO PREY ON...I REPEAT DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM THEY WILL LIE AND TELL YOU WHAT YOU WANT TO HEAR UNTIL YOU SIGN THE PAPERS

      Terrible rates and policies with these people they charge you for everything little thing. Salesman lied to me, sold me a damaged vehicle and car payment was sky high, tried working with the auto lot for another vehicle and was told the salesman was fired!! Crescent Bank does not care about their customers at this point they can pick the car up

      I called numerous times to try to get payment extensions on my account due to having a injury at work I was only since January. The customer service representatives are nasty and told me I couldnt. I asked for the payment date to be changed also was told no. Now Im behind a month and a half because I was in a car accident. So I wasnt behind as much as I wouldve been not having any income at all. I went back to work just last week with every intentions to pay my balance completely off hate this bank they are scammers they are grimey to good people .! they so low down *** don't give a ****

      The absolute worse!!! I requested for my due date to be changed 4 times and not once has been completed. I'm getting charged late fees and now being told I have to pay the late fees before my due date can be changed because I requested the change when my account was more than 10 days past due. How is that possible when my first request was made before my actual due date!!!! Yall are ******* trash and try so hard to make it seem as if the customer is at fault for your **** poor having *** employees who don't verify email addresses or follow up with changes but y'all will call to remind someone their payment is due but can't complete a simple request properly. I will be refinancing with a different company that actually has employees that can pass a **** kindergarten reading test. If you see I've called multiple times for the same thing, try actually finding out what went wrong the first time instead of saying "oh when you can pay the late fees so we can change the due date?" I wouldn't have late fees if my date was changed the first **** time I called. Calls are recorded, go check your tapes and fix my ****, sorry *****. If I could give 0 stars I would, one star is one too many. Messing up my **** credit because y'all can't get right!!!!

      Crescent bank takes advantage if single moms with autistic children. Over charge and takes all payments of 629 a month the first year and puts all ti interest so you end up upside down in your car. . I never agreed to pay nothing but interest the first year and asked for them toi show where i agreed and signed and they di not have it. So i paid over 6000 to them nothing on car and they will be coming to get it. My sin has doctor appointments as well as i and not going to be able ti make them. Di not ever use them. If town car kia tries ti push yoh in them walk away
