I would like to extend a big thank you to ******* for his awesome customer service and knowledge of his Job. I was frustrated looking for someone to help with my garage door since last year and finally he came along and solved my problem. ******* was kind, knowledgeable, and friendly. Precision Door was awesome. Everybody I talked to were very nice and helped me figure out what door was best for me. Theres so many options it was hard chose but with their help it was a great experience. I would recommend them to anyone.Review from Lauren C

I’ve been meaning to give a quote via BBB. Precision has amazed me. I haven’t had ONE SINGLE ISSUE with my door since install. From the start to the day of install the process was great. Their call center was good at assisting in the call. I spoke directly with ****** in their office majority of the time of waiting for my order and it was great b/c the communication and attention to detail there was phenomenal! My technician was on time, efficient, great at his job, and the door did not take long to get in. Entire process was explained thoroughly. I highly recommend Precision Door Service!! If you give anyone else your business, you’re bound to end up giving Precision the call when the other company’s parts break. Incredible. All I can say!!!!
