      Over the last few years I have had anywhere between 5-20 Robocalls from a 732 area code number near daily starting as early as 6:30 AM to as late as 8:30 PM. Typically these call are from a call center in ***** then which then route you an actual company that has hired these companies for lead generation. My number has been on the Do Not Call list since 2004. That does not stop these companies from calling regardless of a DNC list or your request to be removed. On 11/22/2025 I was transfered to **** at Posigen who was trying to schedulle an appointment at a home in ************* , **. Just to avoid haing the crew the has nothing to do with this come out I told him I was on a *** list and ended the call. On 12/30 I was called by ******* who asked for a fake name that I give to set up a quote a t the same Property in *************, **. When I asked how he got my info he said it was public record. I am asking Posigen to cease all telemarketing to my number and to produce a contact for the marketing firm they use that utilizes illegal tactics in order to generate leads for their program, TCPA violations start at $500 per call and can go up exponentially violator knowingly violates this even through a third party.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

      I have received direct contact from Posigen via email regarding this.  I am seeking financial compensation for contributing to hundreds of calls to my personal phone regardless of my request to stop being contacted and removed from any list. I have be on a national do not call list since 2004 and should have never been added to any marketing attempts. I am attempting to resolve this on this platform prior to any further escalation an additional costs. Being added to this call list has increased the volume of phone calls to beyond unacceptable amount.

      To whom it may concern:I signed a contract with Posigen Solar of Louisiana last June to have solar panels installed. The installation and permits were quickly expedited: the panels were installed on Aug. 9, 2024; local inspections passed on Aug. 29, 2004 and ************************** inspections passed on Sept. 9, 2024, but more than 6 months later I do not have operational panels, and this is the reason for my complaint. For 6 months, I have gotten nowhere with Posigen despite numerous calls and emails. I was last informed by Posigen that the City Buildings/Electrical Departments had not released the meter to Entergy and ****** ***** with Posigen has sent several messages to ********************************* no answer, I met with City Officials from Buildings and Safety and Permits on Feb. 27, 2025, and was told the reason was because HDLC (*****************************) has to sign off on all inspections before lease- as is stated in the permits. ****, at my request, signed off on March 5, 2025. ****** *****, who is in charge of this, should know; she should be handling this. This is her job. She has been copied on all emails, and emailed directly. She does not respond. I need my panels turned on and a more competant representative from Posigen to oversee this. Enclosed are copies of inspections and dates. This is going on 7 months with zero results. This is poor and unacceptable business. I seek immediate resolution from Posigen.Thank you,****** Casi

      On December 4, 2023 i enter into agreement with PosiGen solar to lease my roof for $85.00 per month for the duration of the lease. Payments were to start when system was activated. My system was activated on August 16, 2024. PosiGen has failed to make payments for 7 months. I have contacted them numerous time with no resolve. PosiGen has promised me numerous times that they would call me with a resolution and has failed to ever reach out.

      I had solar panels put on my roof in march of 2022. They are still not activated three years later. Along with that they informed me that my roof was in a good condition. After having a roofing specialist come out it was founded that my roof is in no shape. There are leaks and mold is now running through the house

      I ahve emailed Posigen about this matter on 12/3/2024 I am emailing this team to notify them. If the situation that Poisgen created between the two contracts was sent to me. I was only in agreement with one contract which was named Residential Solar System Lease Agreement that was signed by me and by ******* ******* on 1/26/2024. I am not sure when or how the other contract was sent to me and I was not told that this was the contact that Posigen made without my knowledge. The Roof Lease Agreement and the transaction date was made on 1/29/2024 which was signed by me and *******, ****** *******. I was never explained why this contract was sent to me. I have called several times and spoken to many staff members and supervisors, managers and this issue has not been resolved or addressed by anyone.. I am left with no option on how to solve this problem. I will be contacting an attorney and filing a complaint with *********************************************** help me fix this problem.I have also called to follow up on this matter multiple time and PosiGen ************* Notification as email the Supervisor name **** *****.This customer has called in regards to there being two contracts on the account. The customers say that they never agreed to, nor spoke about a roof rental and that the roof rental contract was only signed in accordance with the belief that it was sent due to being told that it was just another regular lease agreement that we hadn't received his signature on. Strangely enough, both contracts are attached to the account and they both have the appropriate signatures. Please advise to the reason for the two contracts being drawn up if at all possible. I need this customer called today as he has placed several formal complaints No one has given me a call or a solution to this problem that I am ready to hire a lawyer to take care of the problem. All calls have are recorded and emails have been sent to the company no response from anyone. I am in need of help.

      I would like for this contract to be binding. Since no one had discuess the other contract with me. I also have retain a lawyer to help correct this problem. Plus in order to have some contact legally binding you must have the signature on both parties in the matter. ***** * ******** **** *** ******* ******* home has two owners. that the second contract or any contract is legal.

      Complaint against Posigen ************ Louisiana My solar panels were removed in late 2021 after Hurricane ***. Since then, I have repeatedly asked Posigen to remove the "Solar Revenue Meter" and associated equipment. The meter is connected to our electrical panel, and for over three years I have had to pay the cost of it being on.

      I started calling Posigen on Noverber 12, 2024 to have the solar panel removed from my roof in order to have a new roof installed. At that time I was told that they no longer serviced solar hot water heaters, which is what the solar panel was for. I have called more that a dozen times and spoke to numerous people.I was told in December that I was on the list to be scheduled for service.I spoke with ***** today, January 8, 2025. He stated that they would have someone come out on January 22, 2025 to remove the solar panel and send a plumber to remove the solar hot water heater and replace it with an electric hot water heater. ***** could not give me the name of the contractor or the plumber until it has actually been scheduled.Until I have the names of the contractor and the plumber it's another empty promise in my opinion.I am beyond frustrated and have no more patience.

      On June 21, 2024 Posigen ************ installed Solar Panels on my Roof and installed ************************ panel box on my house. In August 2024 a *************************** Field Worker came out to the house to inspect the Electric wiring to see if The current Electric wiring was okay or did the Electric Wiring needed to be replaced. The ******************* Field Worker stated verbally that the Electric Wiring Passed Eversource Inspection and that I should contact Posigen ************ and tell them that the Electric Wiring Passed Inspection and Posigen Solar should Notify The East Hartford Town Inspectors and schedule a Inspection of the Electric Wiring. I contacted ***** ******* a Posigen Solar Representative and told him that ********** said that the Electric Wiring on the house Passed Inspection. ***** ******* the Posigen Solar Representative told me that The Eversource Field Worker did not know what he was talking about and ***** ******* said that he called Eversource and that there are Electric Wires that need Repairing, Posigen Solar is waiting on a DATE for Eversource to come Repair the Electric Wire lines on the Electric Pole. Posigen ************ keeps Giving me the run around. Posigen Solar installed solar panels on the roof and Electric Wiring Boxes on my house. No one from Posigen ************ is updating me on a DATE when *************************** is coming to check the Wiring I confused because a ******************* Field Worker Already Passed the Electric Wiring but Posigen Solar Representative ***** ******* told that the ******************* Field Worker did not know what he was talking about. I have Text Messages From Posigen Solar Representative ***** ******* showing that he actually told me conflicting information. It has been 7 months and all of Posigen's equipment is on my house The Solar system has not been activated and apparently no one at Posigen cares enough to keep me updated with the Status of Eversource
