            On 11/22/22, Paris Hair Suites was booked to perform a hair braiding service for 11/26/22. Per her website, a Thankful special was advertised, where any size braids except for extra small would be $115. This service was booked with an add on service for $35 for a total of $150. A $50 deposit was placed as required. The owner confirmed the booking and sent the remaining balance of $125. When we inquired about the $25, the owner stated that it's because the small size is an add on. When explaining that the special reads as if all sizes are available for this special except extra small, the owner referenced that she says to read everything on the site before booking, and she's not had this problem with her clients before. I tried to get her to understand how her ad could be misread/ misleading and requested a phone call to better explain and to get better understanding through voice rather than subjective texts. She refused. We were going to continue with the service until she began sending long texts back seeming agitated. At this moment, we canceled due to uncomfortable situation and irate behavior. She told us that the deposit is nonrefundable.
