  On June 15, 2024 - I had a hair appointment @9am with the hairdresser ***********************. **************** came an hour late to the hair appointment and kept having to leave from the appointment to get the right hair supplies for my appointment. My hair appointment was supposed to be getting my hair dyed to a deep magenta/red. **************** did not do what I requested my hair to look like at all. There was no color dye on my actual hair but on my scalp. What I requested and showed her pictures at the hair consultation that was a week prior to the hair appointment, I texted her the picture of how I wanted my hair done while I was waiting for her to even come to the appointment @9am, and even when she got to starting on my hair - I showed her exactly what I wanted. As a hair stylist, it is IMPERATIVE and very important to know what services you are capable of doing for customers and clients. Everyone within the hair shop that day seen my distress while sitting in ****************** chair. I kept asking her questions about my hair and she kept reassuring me that she knew what she was doing. She made it seem as though my hair would turn out the same way as the pictures that I showed her. At the end of my hair appointment, my hair was not what I even requested or expected. I did not get the service that I paid for. I texted the stylist after the appointment expressing my concerns and how to fix my hair because it was completely terrible. She had offered numerous of solutions such as coming back to her so she can fix my hair and giving me a refund. I told her I didnt know what to truly do because I was over it. I would say two hours later, I had texted **************** for a refund and she refused to give it to me. Therefore I filed a dispute and she reversed my claim. That is why Im here ultimately to get my money back because at the end of the day - I did not get the SERVICE I paid for due to my hair not being what it should have been after I paid my money. I want my money back.
