      ABSOLUTELY THE VERY WORST COMPANY. I WOULD GIVE IT A -20 IF I COULD. ICANT BELIEVE THEY ARE ALLOWED TO DO BUSINESS IN *******. JUST SHOWS HOW FAR ******* HAS GONE DOWN ****!!!

      If I could give 0 stars I would. It's like pulling teeth when trying to contact billing and then I get a bogus email! My bill was paid in full April of this year but there's no record, imagine that! I have proof and very eager to send it if I could get a correct email address. Anyone looking for a supply company DO NOT USE THIS ONE, RUN!

      I got new insurance at first of 2022 and they still havent filed with my insurance company. It doesnt take this long to very insurance and put it in the system and file it. I know it did it for 17 yrs!!! Worst company ever!!!

      Absolutely the worst company to deal with! Unfortunately, I am forced to use them due to my insurance coverage. It is virtually impossible to talk to someone on the phone. You have to wait at least an hour to get someone and when you do they wont be able to help you. Do not let them place you on hold because they will send you back into the que of phone calls and you will have to wait another hour before you speak with someone again. IF YOU HAVE A CHOICEDO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!

      This is one of the worst companies I have dealt with. I have three months trying to resolve the costs of a shipment of product from them that I never ordered. From this experience with them, they ship product to you that you have not ordered and then bill you for it. They promise to resolve issues and then do nothing except ship another bill (with a late fee added). They don't respond to emails. You are on hold on the phone for, in my case today, more than 90 minutes waiting for someone from Customer Service to respond. This is a supplier of needed Diabetic products, so having such poor communication and customer service is aggravating in the least and could potentially be harmful to the patient. I have dropped them as my supplier of diabetic pump supplies, and alerted them to the reasons why.

      Definitely one of the worst supply companies Ive ever dealt with. I havent been able to receive any of my Dexcom supplies since the end of October last year. Ive called multiple times and each time its over 2 hours on hold. Ive tried ordering online and although it says the order will be processed I never receive any confirmation or supplies. After finally getting someone on the phone he took my order and said that it would be sent out that day or possibly the next day. Ive not received any confirmation or supplies in almost 2 weeks since that call. Ive emailed customer support several times and never received any answer. Were not talking about something you can just go to the store and buy. These are much needed medical supplies that require a prescription and have to be set up with your doctor.

      I have been out of my diabetic supplies for 6 weeks and have placed online orders, spoken to three different representatives, all assuring me that they were placing my order. I have been on hold today for 1 hour and 30 minutes with no acknowledgement of being on hold. Unfortunately for me, DMS is the only place ******** has approved for my insulin pump and continuance glucose monitor supplies. In reading the online reviews, it seems that the majority of their customers are having the same problems.

      My most recent order was placed 13 days ago. The company has failed to communicate the status of the order. I have emailed and called multiple times over the past few days, with no response. Currently, I am on hold waiting to hear if I will have the medical supplies I need. I have only spoken with the automated system, and have been holding for over 30 minutes.

      I agree with all the others. Been with this company for 10 years. Always good and prompt and able to talk to. That has all gone away. Got the wrong sensors for my tandem pump and supposed to send the correct ones. Never happened and will no longer answer phone nor return call. Something happened to this company and not good. ***********

      Worst company I have had the displeasure of working with for life saving supplies! I cannot get an order placed. I have been trying everyday to place an order for two weeks, holding on line for 2 hrs before I finally hung up. I have left my call back number more times than I can remember. What is going on with this company? Last time I ordered, it was a little bit hard to get them to call back finally did and they said they were short handed. I can understand a shortage and finally getting a call back but to hear not a word is very suspicious. I am assuming they are no longer in the business of supplying diabetics. Unfortunately I have to use this company due to XXXXXXXX but if you have a choice DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!
