The transaction took place on 8/2/2023. The agent was committed to providing me with wind&hail and home owners insurance. Approximately 6 to 7 weeks later(later September) I received a check from LA Citizens. However, I contacted LA Citizens the very next day only to learn my insurance had been cancelled because the agency(Laminda Moliere) stated no one was at my residence/I refuse inspection(none of the previous statements are true). Upon contacting ******* the first thing she tells me after I explain the situation to her. "I'm at the doctor, you're calling my cellphone" I asked her for the office number(because mind you this is the only way I have ever communicated with her since I've had insurance with her since 8/2022. However, she then proceeded to tell me she would call me back later. Right(because LAC gave me her name and number) I called that number before calling the one in my phone and it was no longer available. I called her back the next morning after calling LAC only to learn they had no notes indicating she even reached out to the company. At this time I had to explain my situation to her again and she said once again she would call me back. I proceeded to seek other options to retain my wind&hail insurance(which cost me an additional $400 out of my pocket) because once I was cancelled I had to get a whole new policy. Laminda, finally returned the call only to try and gas light me. Indicated it was my fault.
