  I ******* and ********* drove to *********** to purchase a chandelier from Fischer Gambinoss on July 17 2022 and have not received it yet the owner keeps telling one situation after situation when promise we would have it three weeks after purchase its now October the 4th still no chandelier the communication with them are poor so please help us Thanks so much.

  June 16, 2022 we entered the store of Fischer-Gambino and my wife found art work that she liked. I explained to the salesperson that we travel and like to buy locale artist from our trip, we were then told all about the artist and how great they are and there work was all over town, I spoke to the owner (nasty women) about price and shipping, I told her we would have to go home (Phoenix) and make sure the wall size would fit the art, she then told me "you are not going to buy and you just wasted my time". We should of stopped then but we got home the art fit, so I ordered the art on June 19,2022. 30 Days later I called and asked were the art was and if shipped, I was told that the artist had it and she was shipping white glove because it was so expensive ($2750.00 shipped) I once again called 3 weeks later and was told it would be shipped that week, It arrived on July 23 2022. After inspection of the box from Fed-x not white glove service like we were told, we found out the art work that we thought we bought from a artist in *********** was from Chine and was shipped for CA. I called the company were it was shipped from and they gave me a dealer that sells the print we bought from **************************** and there retail price is $389.00 for the same print. It is shocking that a store is still open. My wife and I were lied to, the art work was misrepresented and price gouging. I did receive my C/C charge from them by email but nothing for a store receipt like I asked, I spoke with my sales person twice and i was told that the owner would call me, still waiting after a week
