PMA Sales & Services Owner - *************************: Sold me a Range Stove through Zelle. Upon picking up the stove it was guaranteed to work with a 30-day limited warranty. After inspection and testing the stove does not work as well as the top is bent out of shape, therefore, it does not physically meet the specifications. ****** mentioned that we could swap the range but has blocked my numbers and is avoiding me at all costs. I seek a resolution to RETURN the money for the non-working stove and I can return the goods. Due to negligence and disrespect of avoidance, I no longer seek to work with this company by any means.Please note upon submitting this request, I have:Called the company number Called the two cell phone numbers associated with the owner/agent Texted the two cell phone numbers associated with the owner/agent I have been by the store during normal business hours and no one is presentCustomer response
