On June 14 and June 21, 2022, I visited MedCentris Wound Care facility at ********************* after two emergency surguries, but due to not understanding the Vaccuum Therapy process, I did not take with me a canister required of the therapy and without the canister, no services were rendered on each date; however, I paid as requested, the amounts of the alleged copayments. Due to the neglect of the agency and other factors, I decided to received care at another medical facility in June 2022. This month I received an invoice and call from a MedCentris rep stating I had not paid for services rendered and was asked over the phone to pay $25.53 for unexplained services. Since that time, I have received two invoices in the amount of $25.53, but I also have in my possession two receipts of the alleged copayments. I state alleged copayments as I have an FSA and generally, I am not required to provide copayments. Attached for your review in more details are my letter to BCBS requesting the refund of prior payments to MedCentris as well as a complaint I filed to the LA ***** of ****** and Hospitals, and receipts and invoices.
