              I booked a car service with Burton Transit as airport pick for myself and my two young children, and also a return trip back to the airport. I paid extra for the infant car seats. I was charged immediately for both trips to the amount of $423.88. The next day, I received notice from my physician that due to some complications with my pregnancy, traveling is not permitted at this time, so I called and cancelled the trip. It has been three weeks, and I have made 5 phone calls for a refund. Each time, they tell me they will refund it right away or the manager will call me back to issue the refund. I have still not received a refund. This is not a cancelled Uber ride, it's a luxury car service which I was forced to book because I needed an option with car seats. It was very expensive and I have not used the service and cancelled immediately. It's unacceptable that they have not refunded me the $423.88 they charged me for a 15 mile drive.

              Extremely unprofessional company. They canceled my reservation without telling me and it took several attempts to track them down via, phone and email. Avoid at all cost.
