      On March 23, 2022 I hired Big Easy to clean and remold from the air ducks in my home. I paid $1,200 for this serviced plus a 5 year warranty that my house would remain mold free. Since April 19, 2024 I have been calling Big Easy to come and retreat my house as some mold has returned. He made 2 appts with me and did not show up for either appt nor did he call me. Now the phone goes straight to voice mail and he has never returned any of my phone calls.

      My condo flooded during hurricane *** on August 29, 2021. I contracted with Big Easy Environmental Services to do mold remediation and issue a mold certificate after the hardwood floors were removed by the contractor. Estimate #E2110088542 for $****; Item #**** for dry out and item # **** for mold remediation. ***************** sent ***************************** of Restpros (ph ************; ********************** who did the work on October 15, 2021. ******************** asked me to write the check to Restpros instead of Big Easy. I had no reason to distrust him since he was recommended by ****************** and paid him #****. To date I have not received my mold certificate in spite of text messages, phone calls and emails to ***************** and ******. ****** assured me that the mold certificate was automatic after each job and paying him instead of Big Easy was not a problem and that ***************** was the one to send me the certificate. My insurance company will not reimburse me #**** and requires a line item pdf of whether it was mold remediation or water mitigation. I requested the info from Big Easy and ****** and have had no response to date.Any help you can give me is much appreciated. Thanking you in anticipation.(I am 85 year old and do not know how to upload documents. I have all the emails and texts and can try and either email them to you or drop them off at your office. Please advise.)

      Big Easy Environmental was contacted to provide mold remediation services on (4) family properties after Hurricane ***. They sent their representative (******) to quote & they were hired to complete the work (mostly satisfactorily). They were promptly paid and have been asked repeatedly over the past 3.5 months to provide proper documentation for the work completed. We have requested paid receipts and a Mold Remediation Certificate on each property. Their representative (******) assured each of us they would provide whatever documentation was necessary and especially anything needed to file a claim with our insurance carriers, including photos, remediation certificate, etc. One of the owners, ****, responded to my initial email (Oct 7, 2021) advising this would be provided but has not done so. We've spoken to another business partner (*****) via phone and also an office representative who said they would look into this but neither one has ever responded. Follow-up emails have gone unanswered.
