My complaint involves a payment in error from my escrow account from my ********************** lender and servicer. On 8/12/22 $1498 was sent to **************** in error from my escrow account. I have never had coverage with SafeCo. $1498 was the correct premium for American Strategic Insurance(ASI), my insurance provider at the time. $1498 was sent from my escrow account to ASI on 9/12/22, which was correct. I have contacted Eustis Mortgage at least monthly since the payment to SafeCo was made in error. I was told many times I would receive a call from a supervisor, and have not received any call backs despite verifying my phone number each time I call. In June of 2023 I filed an 'official complaint'. The issue remains unresolved.
