Placed an order on 02 September 2023 for five personalized tumblers and a lid, costing $150.00. Started emailing on 02 October 2023 asking for shipping updates and received several responses that they were still working on the order. Four of the five tumblers shipped on 26 October 2023 and were received. The last email I received a response from the company on was 27 October 2023, and the said final tumbler and lid would ship soon. I received an automated email with a *** tracking number on 22 November 2023, as of today it still shows awaiting pick up. Since 27 October 2023 I have sent six emails asking for updates, two messages to their ******** page, and so far have received no replies.Customer response

9.14.23 - placed an order for 4 personalized tumblers with an expectation of receiving in approximately 2 weeks 9.18.23 - received email that the order has shipped with a tracking number. 9.23.23 - emailed asking for an update as tracking # still showing pre shipment. Response received asking to allow a few more days. 9.28.23 - emailed asking for another update as tracking # showed no update. Received a response offering 10% discount or I could cancel order. I responded I still want the order and asking when processing started. In the meantime I contacted the **** and was told they never received the package. An investigation was started (#********). I received a call back stating the label was created with an estimated delivery date of 9.21.23 but the package was never turned over to the ****. 9.29.23 - received email stating they were working on remaking the order. I have reached out several times via email and ******** Messenger asking for updates. The response time is supposed to be 1-2 hours during business hours, but has taken up to 2 full days. Still no answer to my question of when was the production started. Even though it appears they are remaking the order it is still passed the 4-5 day processing time. All communication has been with Joo who doesnt answer the questions I ask. The way this has been handled is EXTREMELY POOR customer service!! Especially given the cost was over $120.Initial Complaint

Placed an order on June 13th for a custom tumbler. It is now July 13th and there has been no movement on the tracking number. I emailed customer service and they said they were out of the office for July 4th. Well the 4th is over and still no movement on the tumbler. It hasnt been scanned by the shipper only a tracking number was created but not shipped. Its been since June 27th with no update. Bad customer service. Will never order from again. Buyer beware!!Business response

Sorry for the delay in shipping this item. It looks like the first time we tried to ship it the tracking never updated and so we can just assume it got lost in the local ****** Hub or elsewhere. However, I spoke with our CS and they did say they have reshipped this one and emailed you to let you know.
This is your second order with us and we appreciate the return business and we apologize for the delay here.
