            Hired this company to repair a leak in our saltwater pool filter. Their employee (******) diagnosed the leak to be due to a faulty filter lid and was here for a total of 2 hours (including a trip to the pool supply store). We were so excited that this repair would save us the cost of a new filter, that we even tipped him $100.00. We then received the **** later that evening. We were surprised at how high it was ($350 for 2 hours of labor, plus $110 cost of lid = $460.00 total). But, blamed ourselves for not asking in advance what their labor charges were, so we paid it. ****** learned. Two days later, the leak returned. Turns out the lid was fine, and the leak was not a result of a faulty lid. The only solution provided to us would be replacement of the saltwater filter $2800.00). Given we can't afford to replace the whole filter at this time, we asked for even a partial refund on the $460.00 charge that did not fix the leak. We were told no. Company will not refund us any of this cost.

            I found Kingfish Pools through ****. ***** called me within 15 minutes of the request and within a week his team worked on fixing our pool, fixing the pool light and replacing our filter. There were a few issues when all was said and done, partially due to the age of our pool, but ***** stayed in constant communication with me and didn't stop until everything was taken care of. He was fair, prompt and reasonable. So glad we found him!
