BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK. I had them replace my roof which is part flat roof and part shingles. We also have several skylights. During the roof replacement, their workers asked me if we wanted to replace the skylights. I asked them what their recommendation was. They told me they thought they could caulk them and that they would be fine. I began having leaks around the skylights on the shingled part of my roof. The gentleman who came out to inspect told me we should have replaced the skylights. When I told him I had discussed it with their workers and they said it wasn't necessary, he acted like I was lying. I had them replace the leaking skylights and the day after they were installed, they leaked worse than the old ones! They had to come back and redo them. I asked if they should have installed ice and water shield or at least two layers of underlayment on the roof (it only has a 2:12 pitch). He said no, that they only do that "up north" (NOT TRUE). I started having a leak at another skylight, so I asked them to price replacing the rest of them. They then told me I would have to pay 100% up front for the additional work, something I had not had to do before (previously, I had paid a 50% deposit). I told them absolutely not after the last skylight replacement and that I would be happy to pay a deposit like before. They never got back to me, so I hired another roofer who recommended that we redo the shingles because they should have installed ice and water shield. We did as he recommended and have had no leaks on the shingled area since. However, now I am having a leak on the flat roof at my carport. Triton gave me a "workmanship guarantee" (what a joke) but I am using my new roofer who knows what he's doing. I just wanted to let others know about the terrible experience I had with them. I paid them a lot of money and they are totally unreliable and find any excuse to get out of covering their oversights.
