On April 27, 2022, Business came out to repair ice maker issue in freezer. Technician couldnt get the job done. May 6, 2022, The ice tray was replaced. We paid $275. The problem was not completely resolved. Let them know May 7, 2022 problem not resolved. They returned and May 16, 2022 and tried to fix with replacing a water inlet valve. Paid $210 and agreed for them to hold check to see if problem was resolved. It was not but check was cashed. Came back on May 27, 2022 and they thought it was a fan issue. June 1, 2022 still no fan. June 6, 2022 I texted technician and called technician to please call me. June 3, 2022, I left message and texted technician to please come and remove part and refund $210, as per our agreement. He asked what did I do with the old part. I told him the technician took it. We bought a new refrigerator. I have not heard from him after leaving voice messages requesting the refund as we agreed on.
