      I hired Chris Foster media (Chris Foster) via a signed contract 9/12/22 for my wedding 9/9/23. A deposit was paid 6/14/22 ( a year and 3 months prior to the wedding) and the remaining balance was paid in full 3 months prior to the deadline. I ordered the wedding package 3 with hard drive/drone, as well as a photographer. As of February 21, 2024 I have not received the deliverables paid for my wedding. Since Dec 31, 2023, Chris Foster of Chris Foster media has not returned the numerous phone calls, emails, nor text messages. Deliverables not received are 1) Video coverage of the bride and groom getting ready, coverage of the ceremony and at the reception 2) The video that reflects Up to 6-8 hours of coverage (2 cinematographers) 3) Drone footage of the events and 4) Hard drive of the entire day with raw footage and edited/unedited pictures. Per the terms of his contract, he has breached his written contract. I have attached the list of more than 30 different attempts to contact Chris via email, phone, and social media. I can provide the emails and screenshots as well. As of Dec 31,2023 he has not responded. I would like the videos I paid for and hard drive of my video and pictures. This is a memorable day that I trusted him to capture. I was provided a 8 week turn around time and after multiple emails with different delivery dates, as of 2/21/24 the items have not been received after 5.5 months. I would like the videos I paid for and hard drive of my video and pictures.

      My husband *********************** and I *******************'s wedding was on March 27, 2022, at ********************. Chris Foster Media and Polo Vision Media LLC was suppose to provide our wedding video to us within a months time according to the written contact we signed. We paid $2,500 for the City of Love Package video. This includes Wedding ************** Recap: 1-3 min Minute Recap, ***** Minute Cinematic Wedding Film, 2 cinematographers, and 10 hours of coverage that was paid in full by Chris requested due date of March 20, 2022. The contract was signed on September 18, 2021; all payments were paid on time: 1st payment was paid via ****************** PayPal on September 18, 2021, for $1250, and the second payment was paid via ****************** PayPal on March 18, 2022, for $1250. All paid before the due date of March 20, 2022. Per his contract signed on September 18, 2021, number 4 of the agreement states: All videos shall be uploaded to a ****** Drive link that expires in 2 weeks. All final videos will be prepared one months time from the wedding date. Which would have been April 27, 2022; so he have breached his written contract. ***** had also asked about possibly receiving the raw footage after the contract was signed, and they never responded to him on how much it cost and never sent a PayPal invoice for it to be paid. We would love to have our city of love wedding package videos and the raw footage. On May 30, 2022, ***** emailed about the videos in question but received no response. On June 13, 2022, he sent a follow-up text about the wedding footage. He received a text response from Chris Foster on June 14, 2022, saying they have the recap footage and putting the final touches on it. Chris also told him he would send the footage over by June 18, 2022, when he return to ***********. On the morning of June 24, 2022, ***** also texted and called July 5 and July 11th and we still have no videos. I would like my videos that I paid for. I have attached pics.
