I HAD MY WINDSHEILD REPAIRED AT JAZZ AUTO GLASS, AND A FEW DAYS LATER I HAD WATER LEAKING THROUGH THE TOP OF MY WINDSHEILD INTO MY *** THAT LEFT A WATER **** ON THE **** OF MY ***. I TOOK THE *** BACK TO HAVE THE WINDSHEILD REPAIRED AND NOW MY *** STEREO AND A/C DOES NOT WORK!!!!!!Initial Complaint

9/11/21 They took my car and quoted me a price of $214 to repair a broken windshield on a **** ****** Maxima. I understand now why they do not make you pay up front.After telling me they would be finished in two hours, I came back to check on my car. They said there were people ahead of me and told me to come back in 45 minutes. I did. They told me there were still people ahead of me and yo come back in an hour. I came back in an hour. They then informed me that the price would be $260 instead of $214. I said I did not have $260 and that I wanted my car back. They said the windshield was already taken off and they could only return my car with no front windshield and that I would have to pay them for the removal of the windshield as well.I had no choice. I had to pay them the $260. They also would not take my credit card because they knew I would have disputed the price. We just had a major Hurricane here and I know they are using the circumstances to price *****.
