This is ***** ********* with Haas-Hirsch Weinstein, LLC. We are a landlord renting a residential lot, located at *** ******** ******, Krotz Springs, LA. Our Tenant is ******** *****, who owns the house located on that property. The Haas-Hirsch Family donated the house located on their land to Ms. ******** *****, and, we have legal paperwork proving that she is the owner. Please see attached 2018 Lease between ******** ***** and Haas-Hirsch Heirs, LLC.
As you will see by the Appropriation Letters attached hereto, we notified Ms. ******** ***** that her Lease had cancelled for non payment of rent and had 30 days to remove the improvements. As you can see by the 2nd letter in the first attachment, the 30 days have now expired and the house remains on the property.
Ms. ***** ********** is NOT our Tenant, and, does not own the house. We have no Lease arrangement with *** **********. Ms. ******** ***** has instructed her to move out of Ms. ******* house. This house is scheduled for demolition within a week's time.
Multiple letters were sent out Invoicing *** ***** and her Tenant of the past-due rent. The rent is now 6 months past due and the Lease has cancelled. The Haas-Hirsch Family no longer wants this House on their property and have legally notified *** ***** of this fact.
*** ********** has not legal right to remain on the property, and, we expect her to be moved out NOW.
Haas-Hirsch Weinstein, LLC has followed the law in giving *** ***** 30 days to remove the improvements (house) from Haas-Hirsch property.
*** ********** is basically a Squatter and needs to remove herself and her belongings from Ms. ******* home immediately.
Sincerely,
***** *********
