    I ordered skin care products from **** Skin, in hopes that it would keep my skin clear and just because I saw that ppl I followed on IG said it was a good product. So I purchased a few things from them and all were fine with the exception of their Rose ****** I have contacted them several times in regards to it breaking me out and me being allergic to it. They either insisted that my skin was purging or ignored my emails until I contacted them on IG. I feel the reason they just stopped responding is because they said they will not give me a refund. Their policy was no refund on opened products, but they dont cover anything if someone was to have an allergic reaction their product. Its almost as if they dont care about that or its something they havent quite thought could happen. I have told them I literally used it twice two days into receiving it. Its still a full bottle and I explained to them that I am not having an issue with any other product, just the Rose ****** The product also states stop use if you have an allergic reaction, I also expressed this to them and its as if they dont even care. I even said they dont have to refund me just swap it for another product. They refused to do that as well. I feel as a skin care line they should asssist their customers in some way if someone is allergic to their product. So now I want my money back for the product. They refuse to work with me or assist. They just keep saying continue to use it for ***** days even after I stated I am allergic to that particular product and only that one. So I am contacting you guys for further assistance.

    This company allowed me to place an order they took my payment of $173 without sending a confirmation email for the order. After a few weeks of no notice that the order was accepted but the money withdrawn from my account immediately I contacted their customer service. When a rep finally returned my email response there was a screenshot sent of the tracking number and the delivery date of when it was allegedly delivered by USPS. There was never a package delivered or received, when I reached back out to Cota Skin they claimed that the package was insured and to place a claim with USPS who in turn told me that the company needed to place a claim. Over 2 months later, no refund or product and no resolution. It is a well known issue that packages are stolen and no insurance provided by the company yet no concern for the $173 spent for absolutely nothing!
