How are they still in business!!! I took my very healthy dog to them for training. Mind you he had already been to a basic school and his recall and basic commands were on point and he was healthy. I had to nag to get any pictures or videos of my dog, which I was promised would come on a regular basis. He lost 20 POUNDS while there, nails never trimmed, came back positive for heart worms even though I had his medication sent directly to them and he now has severe anxiety. He did not learn anything that he did not know already, they just used a different language! The owner openly admitted to not having cameras in the facility because "all it takes is one Karen seeing us hit a dog and we are done!" Thank goodness I have pre and post pictures of my dog to prove my allegations! There should be an option to not leave a "star rating"!

This was a terrible experience for me and even more so for my 6 month old fur baby. I was truly disappointed to say I saw no positive change to show for it. I gave Alpha and Omega the benefit of the doubt even after reading comments of a ex employee and negative reviews. But as far a training goes or the behavior that my dog is exhibiting now is not what I was expecting from this course. As we take our walks she is afraid of people and starts barking, shaking and growling. She is on high alert but not in a normal way. I took her in with brand new tags, she did not have them when we came home, I called and asked and was sent a picture with her tags and of someone else, I picked up the tags and they look as if she was hosed down and never dried off and the tags became rusted and molded. When I picked her up they said that she might have issues with her potty training, I don’t understand why especially since she was fully potty trained when I dropped her off. I took her to the vet because she had diarrhea and was told that she had a parasite in her stomach and that she should have gained more weight since her last visit( last visit was 2 days before dropping her off). Also according to what I was told is that she would be groomed, nails trimmed and coat brushed, well she had matted chunks of hair and smelled horrible it took a few baths and hair cut to try and get it off of her. In 8 weeks we received 2 videos after almost begging. I saw they changed the name to the company I guess in an attempt to hide the fact that they abuse the dogs and have shown to be extremely raciest. I hate that I left Nala at this place. I sent a message to the owner and he offered private sessions and then said they couldn’t accommodate. They were extremely rude when I tried to get answers or question what happened during her stay. So after 8 weeks we had no training to show for it and out $1200.00. If something feels wrong, please don’t leave your fur babies.

Fraud! You'll pay and never see results with training. They leave your dog in a kennel for the entire "training period" in their own feces while neglecting your pup of food/water.

This business has absolutely no structure when it comes to training your dog. After 4 weeks of our dog being there, he knew nothing additional to what he knew when he started and he was absolutely filthy. We went ahead and left him there for the remaining 2 weeks to give them the benefit of the doubt. After talking with someone that works there, we were told that he wasn't worked with at all until a week after our visit at week 4. At the end of the 1200$, 6 week "Advanced obedience and behavioral modification," the trainers couldn't even demonstrate any results from training. While giving him his bath, we realized his coat was full of urine and feces, and he had sores on his elbows and belly from being in the kennel for so long. We asked for the remainder of his food, and they did not know where his food was, therefore our next question was: "what have you been feeding him?" The worker stated, "I'm not sure." Over the course of this 6 week training, our dog lost 10lbs. We brought him to the Vet immediately after we picked him up, and our vet says, "wow, I've never seen him like this, he really needs some TLC." Additionally, they clean this facility with ammonia, which makes the place smell heavily of ammonia. Using these cleaning products has been found to be toxic to dogs and humans; even just the smell of them. I've since heard that this place is full of rats. This place needs to really be looked into before they seriously harm someone's fur baby.
