I signed my pet up for Advanced Obedience Training (6 wks) with this company and paid half the fee $487.35. I discontinued the training after 3 weeks due to lack of results and concerns for my pet's well being. The first weekend I brought him home (no training on weekends) he acted like he was drugged. After three weeks he had visibly loss weight and his eyes were inflamed. I picked him up on the 15 Jul 22, which was his last day there. I saw a worker get my pet from a small crate that was on top of another crate. It appeared that my dog had no space in that crate to sit upright from the close of business until taken out the next day; the place smelled of ammonia. Pet couldn't wait to get out of there and didn't like going back. I spoke with his trainer, a high school student, about his training and she sent me a training video. The trainer wasn't sure my pet would be done training at the end of 6 weeks. After three weeks of boarding and training, my pet wasn't doing much more than when he started. He already knew basic commands such as come and sit. He still had other behaviors such as jumping on people, which the owner said would be corrected early in training; that didn't happen. This business appears to have young workers that are not well supervised. As I was leaving with my pet I saw a pet in a car with the windows up and no AC on in near record heat, I informed the workers and they said they knew; they were about to leave. On 19 July 22, I informed the business that I was discontinuing training for my pet for the reasons mentioned. The owner reminded me of the contract agreement. I didn't agree to pay $975 for this result half-way through training and substandard boarding conditions. I am not paying another 487.35 for a service I didn't receive regardless of the agreement which was negated by the lack of results and the well being of my pet. On 20 July 22, the owner threatened to report me to the Credit Bureaus If I don't pay $475 (487.35 Credit Card) in 30 days
