This customer is not being honest at all. Maranda ******** has been dodging paying her, rather substantial, plumbing bill since June of 2023. The manager did not call and cuss her out, the manager did text her back. Ms. ******** then called the manager's cell phone back to back approximately 7 times but due to manager being on another line, she could not answer. Ms. ******** then proceeded to blowing up the office line, all before 8:00. This lady will not let you get a word in edgewise and loudly over speaks whomever she is talking to. Due to Ms. ********** behavior, the manager did make an inappropriate statement to Ms. ******** but did not cuss her out.
It is sad that a business can't even attempt to collect on monies owed to them due to people like Ms. Maranda ******** using resources inappropriately, i.e. filing a complaint with the BBB. Prepare to receive another complaint because we will not forgive her debt because of her poor review and will handle this matter through legal channels.
