Tuesday February 22nd, blade services llc came to drop off two loads of fill dirt to my residence as ordered. I showed him where the septic tank and lines were and asked that he dump the dirt as far back in the yard as possible considering the plumbing. He dumped the first load of fill dirt in the back corner of the home and proceeded to come back around the yard to leave. He stopped at the front corner of the home and got out of his truck to check the ground because he felt that he may have busted a pipe or something. Then he got back in the truck and went to pick up the second load of fill dirt. He came back the same day and dumped the second load of fill dirt in the same area that he thought he had broken the pipe in. (Crossing over the broken line again and sort of covering it up with a huge mound of fill dirt). The next day, it became obvious to myself that there were two leaks on the property. One immediately next to the driveway which was a water line going towards the house and the second one on the far front corner of the house of sewage pipe going away from the house. I was able to get a plumber out to fix the freshwater line for a fair price, but the sewage line is a costly fix. A licensed plumber suggests bypassing the collapsed filter bed segment rather than replacing it for a cheaper solution, but the man from blade services suggests rigging the septic pipe somehow to make it funcional again rather than paying a licensed professional to fix the problem that he caused. The man from blade services accepts no fault in the matter and refuses to pay any of the costs of return any money because he says that i told him where to dump the fill dirt. In my opinion, he is responsible because I specifically showed him where the septic system was at and asked for his professional opinion about a place to dump the fill dirt. I also specified that if it could not be placed where i preferred, then he could dump the fill dirt elsewhere.
