            In March of 2022, I met with ***** ***** concerning a gate and wood fence that I needed to have replaced. We had a verbally agreement that his company Guardian Gates LLC would take the job at a price $3300. ***** said he needed half of the money upfront for materials so on March 19th, 2022, I wrote him a check for 1,650. We were not living in my house at the time because a tree had fallen on my house during hurricane Ida. I told him when we get ready to move back in that I would like to have the work done. I contacted Mr. ***** in July saying I would like to go ahead and have the work done. He kept giving me the run around and eventually stopped answering my calls and texts. It has been several months now, and I would just like my deposit back from Mr. *****. After doing some research on him and his company I see that I am not the only one customer that he has done this to, he has had several complaints on The BBB and is not a trustworthy individual I do not recommend anyone using Guarding Gates LLC, or ***** ***** because he will rip you off.

            I had a fence/gate installed 4/2022 and it's has been my worst nightmare, it's was installed crocked and one side is lower then the other side of the Gate not closing properly,Gate sagging doesn't lock because of this. I've texted and called came out twice by July 2022 to fix the problem. I continued to have the same with sagging and not catching the lock closure having to manually lift to catch the lock. I have texted and called and I get no response. Don't walk ,run from guardian Gates because the lack professionalism & poor values. I had to call another company to come out and fix my problems I was having with the problems I was experiencing. It cost me more money to fix the mess I was left with. I could go on and on but RUN from using this company.
